Nasty weather blew through yesterday - chasing poor Irish Boy off the golf course - but we were rewarded with a rainbow! But not just any rainbow - it was a double! If you look close enough you can see it! (OK so I also added a nice pink arrow to help you out!)
I am not nuts! It is there!
Irish Boy gets partial credit for this meal since he pounded the chicken flat for me! That is something that I really, really suck at!
But I get all rolling, stuffing and baking credit since he was on the golf course! So ha!
They may not look too pretty but they tasted pretty darn good, if I do say so myself! Definitely some changes we can make but not bad for my first try!
And Irish Boy saved the day!
As you have read about our previous adventures with Ollie #1 and Ollie #2, we have now moved on to Ollie #3!

Good Ole’ Irish Boy was the greatest daddy in the world the other day and found Ollie #3! So now all is right with the world.
It is A Girl and Her Ollie once again!
We shall see how long Ollie #3 lasts!
